Thank you. We talked about the school wants to use it for PE. So I was hopeful of getting it open when we could get the bathrooms open. We got the bathrooms open just in the nick of time. If you go there, you'll see the pavilion's gone. We have to rebuild it. We were just going to refurbish it. We have to rebuild it. And so what was there was just a mulch. And unfortunately, you know, a part of that stops a few times. Well, I can give it a little bit. We can give it a little bit. And the last thing is for right now, we're not going to be able to be open at night there because the lights. Combination of, you know, starch and soot that went up there, it's really dark. We're not comfortable with the visual, with the visibility when you have a full active park. So we've had the technicians out there that were able to look at it. And hopefully, once we get that, the good news is most of the light issues are under warranty. So I don't think we're going to have any big cost issues. And based on what their technicians have told us, and it shouldn't be a long time. It's just a matter of they have to find the proper equipment to get out there on the lights because now there 's not a lot of space to move. That used to be grass field. Now it's not. So they're going to work on that. So that's kind of where we are with that. But yeah, as Inessa said, yeah, we'll try to figure out a way to have even the stuff that's not city events. Because we put our city events here, but we put everything …

But basically what we're doing is that we are aligning with the vacant council in going out and serving our businesses. And understanding where they are in their life here in Cor al Beagle. So we want to know if they're interested in expanding, if they're contracting, if they're going to be, when is it that they're signing a new lease? Is there a lease off? What their economic outlook looks like so that we can then decide if this is something that we should pursue? Do they need help? Is there anything that we can do in order for them to stay? It's a lot easier to retain a business than go out and get new ones. So this is something that the Beacon Council does. And they reached out to us a few years ago wanting our help because I guess for them it was really difficult to do this in every community. And so we do this already. We go out and talk to our businesses. So this is just a more formalized way of formalizing the partnership between the Beacon Council and the city and getting good information on where our businesses are and where they stand in the city and what their next steps are. I will go ahead and call roll and welcome board members to your October 7th Waterway Advisory Board meeting. Board Chair Meyer, Vice Chair Swain, Board Member Barreto, Board Member Fernandez, Board Member Goldsmith, Board Member Lane, Board Member Menendez, Board Member Nolan, and Board Member Portuondo. Thank you. Okay. Madam Vice Chair. We will skip the approval of the minutes, but please everybody review them. If we happen to get quorum, we'll go back to it, but we can 't approve them without quorum. So we'll go to the Marine Patrol report. Good afternoon. Going over last month's activity, we had channel marker number five over by Gables by the Sea was apparently knocked over. That was reported and was in the process of being repaired, hopefully. We had an unoccupied vessel that washed up behind 170 Arv ita Parkway a couple weeks ago as a sailboat. I'm sorry, it was a mini tug. Never seen one quite that small, about a 20-foot, looks like a tugboat, but real small. Unoccupied. Our shore units got there first. They ran the numbers because they could read them. It was kind of banging up behind a seawall and it was reported stolen vessel out of City of Miami. I ended up jumping on the boat and going out to it. Turns out it wasn't in fact stolen. It looks like it just chafed through its anchor line. It was another one of these dinner key anchorage boats. It was getting beat up, so I towed it off the rocks. We called City of Miami. They didn't want to come pick it up. We got a h …

Thank you. Okay, good. All right. So just some initial images from where it currently is, which is an interior 11th floor building in New York. So just a little bit of fact. So we're going to be in the steel, which is a little bit of a steel steel, which is a little thing that we're going to be able to do with the steel mill , which is best known for very large scale abstract steel sculpture. and also evidenced in the piece that we are considering. He 's exhibited, of course, in all the major exhibitions, including Documenta, the Viennale, and others, and have exhibited throughout the world in prominent, permanent collections. So again, just another image of where it was previously located. So this particular piece is titled Finn. It's from 1989. It is a unique piece, and the provenance for this is with the current building owners, and it was commissioned for its current location indoors. So as mentioned, it does follow the artist's established body of work and has that curve that he's known for with a slight tilt backwards. And so while the work was commissioned for indoors, the material suggests that proper treatment of it will allow for transition to an outdoor environment. And I did speak with our contact at Rosa Lowenture Associ ates about that, and she said it's actually much better than having the 410, and that, you know, we would definitely, I think once it's in all, have them do an assessment of it about the best way to treat it so it could do well.
