The Cookeville City Council will consider final approval of an ordinance updating mobile food vendor regulations, award contracts for paving and other services, and approve purchases including vehicles and transformers. The meeting also includes a public hearing rescheduling, resolutions for a power line relocation and a street improvement project, and the certification of election returns. City Manager James Mills requested to amend the agenda as follows:
Add item 7H:
Consider Resolution #R26-02-03, requesting approval from the
R.J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC for a new crossing of the
Nashville and Eastern Railroad Line at Oak Avenue.
Councilman Gilbert made a motion to approve the agenda as
amended. The motion was seconded by Vice-Mayor Eldridge. Upon call
