The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees convened at Village Hall on Tuesday, August 25,

Mayor Kathleen E. Foley called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM.
ROLL CALL
Elected officers: Present were Trustee John A. Bardes, Deputy Mayor Tweeps Philips Woods, and
Mayor Kathleen E. Foley. Absent were Trustee Laura Bozzi and Trustee Andrew Hall.

At 12:04 pm, Mayor Foley made a motion to exit to Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing the employment history of particular persons. Motion carried 3-0-0-2.
At 12:23 Mayor Foley made a motion to exit Executive Session; Deputy Mayor Woods
seconded. Motion approved 3-0-0-2.

The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees met in Emergency Session at 12:45 PM Friday, July 10,
2026, to authorize the Mayor to rescind an emergency water conservation order issued at an open
Emergency Meeting held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Call to order: Mayor Kathleen E. Foley called the meeting to order at 12:46 pm at Village Hall, 85 Main
Street, Cold Spring, New York 10516.
