The board of council met in Regular Session on January 13, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor Chad Deyle called the meeting to order and the Pledge of
Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call
City Clerk/Treasurer Emily Ellis conducted Roll Call. All Council
members were present.
ADDITION TO AND ADOPTION OF AGENDA
City Manager James DePue informed the Council that Ordinance #655
had been added under "New Business". Mayor Pro tern Nicole Smith made a
motion to adopt the January 13, 2026 Council Meeting Agenda. The motion was
seconded and passed unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Council member Ronn Akey made a motion to approve the December 9,
2025 Council Meeting Minutes. The motion was seconded and passed
unanimously.
COUNCIL OATH
City Attorney Alvin Wall administered the Wray City Council Oath to
Ronn Akey, Jason Lorenzini, and Chris Collins.
APPOINTMENTS
Nomination & Appointment of Mayor
Mayor Chad Deyle nominated Nicole Smith for Mayor of the City of
Wray. With no additional nominations, Council member Ronn Akey made a
