✓ Decidido: Council approves Wilson Park subdivision for affordable housing

The Common Council adopted Ordinance 26-3381, authorizing the subdivision of municipal property at Block 1702, Lot 48 (Wilson Park) and its transfer by private sale to a nonprofit for affordable housing. The vote was 5-1, with Councilmember Landman opposed.
