We started that in 2023. It's been delayed for a number of reasons. We'll go into a few of those tonight. But we are eager to get the thoroughfare portion of that adopted as development continues, as you can see. opposition to the upcoming Pride event. He discussed the relationship between
culture, faith, and worship and stated his belief that the current cultural conflict is
fundamentally religious rather than political. He discussed the First Amendment, the
Constitution, secularism, and moral relativism and urged Council to consider its
decisions from a Biblical and moral perspective. He expressed concern regarding the
direction of American culture and its potential effect on Seguin and asked Council to
reconsider the City's involvement with the event.
