Design Review Committee to consider three home alteration projects
The San Marino Design Review Committee will hold public hearings on three residential design review cases: a second-story addition and window replacement at 1220 Garfield Avenue, window and door modifications at 2175 Roanoke Road, and a roof conversion at 1997 South Oak Knoll Avenue. The City of San Marino appreciates your attendance. Citizens’ interest provides the Library
Board of Trustees with valuable information regarding issues of the community.
Regular meetings are held on the 4 Monday of every month at 8:00 a.m.
In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who requires a
reasonable modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should contact
the Community Services Department at (626) 3000791 or at KShigenaga@SanMarinoCA.gov
48 hours prior to the meeting for assistance.
The public is welcome to attend the meeting in person or remotely via Zoom, however, the
meeting will proceed as normal even if there are technical difficulties with Zoom. The City will

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Domier called the special meeting to order at 8:01 a.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Domier led the Pledge of Allegiance.
