Pruneyard Center seeks 5-year extension for Phases 3 and 4 construction deadlines

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Pruneyard Center Association's request to extend the phasing deadlines for Phases 3 and 4 of the Pruneyard Master Use Permit, which include a five-story office building, parking structure expansions, and additional commercial buildings, from December 31, 2026, to December 31, 2031. The commission will also consider extending the Tentative Parcel Map expiration date for the office building parcel. Staff recommends approval, finding the extension within the scope of prior environmental review.
