REGULAR MEETING  1.01 Call to Order:   President Gosa called the meeting to order at 5:31  pm.  1.02 Pledge of Allegiance  1.03 Roll Call: Directors in attendance were Allison Beck, Linda Hayes, Karen Kline-Jerome, Kent Paustian, and Dan Gosa; Bruce Potts and Kent Barnds joined virtually. 1.04 Mission and Vision Statement / Guiding Principles / Goals Tie-in:   Paustian read the mission and vision statements; Beck read the guiding principles; Schneckloth read the goals.     2.
