No formal votes or binding decisions were recorded; the board directed staff to monitor assessment scores, track enrollment, and draft responses to recent media coverage. The discussions affect how district funds are allocated between magnet and neighborhood schools, and whether outside enrichment programs supplement in-house arts instruction.
