✓ Decidido: Council declares Level 2 Blue Flag emergency over water shortage
The council approved a Level 2 Blue Flag Emergency Proclamation under Ordinance 7-3-10C due to water shortages, specifically the declining performance of the Peralta well. The well, drilled in the late 1990s, has unreliable water levels and replenishment rates due to drought and fractured bedrock. The village is not out of water yet, but officials acted proactively to find more reliable sources. The motion passed with a roll call vote of 2-0 (Mayor Pro Tem Crain and Councilor Curry voting aye; Mayor Lindsey seconded the motion).
- Approved Level 2 Blue Flag Emergency Proclamation for water shortage (2-0)
- Declared Peralta well unreliable as long-term water source due to drought and fractured bedrock

- Discussion regarding a Level 2 Blue Flag emergency proclamation due to water shortages,
specifically the declining performance of the Peralta well—a main water source for the
village. The well, drilled in the late 1990s, has seen its water levels and replenishment rates
