Select Board
The Yarmouth Select Board will hold public hearings on annual and special entertainment/alcohol licenses for several businesses and events, including Free Bird Motor Lodge, Uncommoner Hotel, and a cycling series at Smugglers Beach. Yarmouth Substance Awareness Committee
The Yarmouth Substance Awareness Committee will hold a hybrid meeting on July 8, 2026. They will hear a presentation from Dr. Ruth Potee, review overdose data, and discuss a new state grant application for Barnstable County. The committee will also consider membership openings and upcoming community events.

Conservation Commission Agendas and Minutes
The Yarmouth Conservation Commission will review several permit applications for projects in environmentally sensitive areas, including a redevelopment at 703 Route 28, new dwellings, and seawall reconstructions. Items include requests for determination of applicability, certificate of compliance, and notices of intent. Two seawall projects are continued to July 16.

Planning Board
The Planning Board will discuss proposed amendments to the Short-Term Rental (STR) bylaw, including limiting owners to one rental unit, prohibiting STRs in accessory apartments, and a sunset clause expiring November 30, 2026. They will also consider modifying the Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw to comply with the state's Affordable Homes Act. Updates on the Mattacheese Utilization Project will be provided.

Historical Commission
The Yarmouth Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to consider a demolition request for a property at 33 Hedge Row in West Yarmouth. The owner and architect will present the request. The meeting is open to the public in-person or via Zoom.

Golf Enterprise Committee

Zoning Board of Appeals

Select Board

Old King's Highway Committee
The Old King's Highway Historic District Committee will hold public hearings on nine new applications for Certificates of Appropriateness for exterior changes like siding, fences, roofs, and decks. Planning Board

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Board unanimously approved a Special Permit for SRS Building Products to store up to 400 gallons of hazardous materials at 60 Ansel Hallet Road, subject to conditions from the Hazardous Materials Inspector. The Board also unanimously amended Dog Boarding Special Permit #5079 to add Alisha Lynne Ludwig as co-owner, and allowed withdrawal of a Variance request without prejudice. Old King's Highway Committee
The Old King's Highway Committee tabled a solar panel application for 16 Church Street amid concerns about visibility from Route 6A.
