Capital Improvements Committee

Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Windham Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings on three variance requests, including a continued review of a large sports dome project at Range Road and Delahunty Drive. Select Board

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission will consider two Zoning Board of Adjustment cases: a sports dome at 41 Range Rd and a garage addition within stream buffers at 30 Telo Road. Old and new business includes updates on Golden Meadow, Fessenden Dam, trails, and other conservation properties. The meeting also covers invoices, wetland permits, and approval of previous minutes.

Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings for several property owners seeking variances for garages, decks, and home expansions. The board will also consider a request to modify a planned housing development at 2 Sharma Way.

Historic District / Heritage Commission
The Historic District/Heritage Commission voted 3-0 to not support a proposed 125,000 sq. ft. sports dome at 41 Range Road/3 Delahunty Drive, citing negative impact on the historic setting of Searles School and Range Road. The Commission also changed its regular meeting time to 6:00 PM and canceled the July meeting.

Select Board
The board approved multiple tax exemptions for religious, educational, and charitable organizations.
