Historic Landmarks Commission

The Historic Landmarks Commission recommended City Council approve demolition of 24 7th Street and issue a Certificate of Appropriateness, after the owner failed to appear. It also granted a Certificate of Appropriateness to Susan Haddad for facade repair at 730 Main Street, supported expansion of the Wheeling Warehouse District, and tabled a wireless tower application.

City Council Meetings

It also forwarded a zoning amendment for 79 Burkham Ct to the Planning Commission and adopted resolutions on accessory dwelling units and a development site at 205 Fulton St.
