MINUTES — JUNE 8, 2026
A regular meeting of the Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, June 8, 2026,
in the public meeting room of the George D. English, Sr. Memorial Building, located at 111 Polk Street,
Montross, Virginia.

1. CALLTO ORDER
Chairman Trivett called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA
Chairman Trivett asked if there were any proposed changes to the agenda.
Mr. McCormack requested that Item 7E, Budget Presentation — Fiscal Year 2026-2027, be
removed from the agenda and that Item 5F, Appropriation for Westmoreland County Budget
Transfer, presented by Finance Director, Ms. Cox, be added.
With no further discussion, upon motion by Mr. McCormack, seconded by Mr. Fisher, and
carried by a unanimous vote, the Board approved the agenda as amended.
3. COMMENT PERIOD

Chairman Trivett noted that Mr. Ingram was participating in the meeting virtually due to being
out of town. Mr. Ingram requested clarification regarding the proposed agenda amendments.
