Request for Proposals/Bids

West Point City is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for landscape architecture services to design and enhance city parks and public spaces. The contract is intended for a 3-year term with a possible 2-year renewal. Proposals are due by May 16, 2025, with a decision anticipated by May 30, 2025.

• RFP seeks a firm for conceptual and detailed design of park and recreational area developments, streetscape enhancements, City Hall landscaping, and gateway monument and landscape designing
• Contract would run 3 years with an option to renew for an additional 2 years
• Proposals evaluated on experience, design innovation, project management, sustainability practices, references, and fee schedule

West Point Arts Council
