The Moroni City Council is giving public notice that it will reclaim ownership of cemetery lots that have been unused for burial purposes for more than 60 years, pursuant to Utah State Code and a city resolution. Owners or heirs of eight listed lots must file a formal Notice of Legal Interest with the city recorder within 60 days of the last publication date to keep their ownership rights. If no valid claim is received, ownership automatically transfers to Moroni City.
