Helping Hands Committee

The Helping Hands Committee will review and vote on previous meeting minutes, discuss a draft TAF Caregiver Respite Reimbursement Proposal, and plan upcoming events including lunches, a July 4th parade watch party, and Meadow Day logistics.

• Discuss draft TAF Caregiver Respite Reimbursement Proposal
• Finalize logistics for Meadow Day on June 27
• Plan June lunch at Olive Garden and July lunch at Silver Diner
• Organize July 4th UP Parade Watch Party (chairs, fan, flags, watermelon)
• Arrange Deakins Cemetery tour and Greenbelt Museum visit

Council

The Mayor and Common Council will meet to discuss professional services for the design and construction of a new Town Hall. The session will also include a swearing-in ceremony for newly elected council members and a discussion on permitting Sunday vending.

• Contract with Frederick Ward and Associates for Town Hall design and zoning approval
• Contract with Redgate Real Estate Advisors, LLC for Town Hall project management
• Legislative Resolution 26-O-04 to permit licensed vending on Sundays
• SB & Company, LLC audit open forum
• Swearing-in ceremony for newly elected Council members

Sustainability Committee
