Planning Board to review 3-lot subdivision and shoreland structure replacement
The Boothbay Planning Board will conduct completeness reviews for two applications: a 3-lot subdivision at 531 Back River Road and a replacement structure within the 75-foot shoreland setback at 36 Greenleaf Road. A pre-application for an expansion of a single-family dwelling within the shoreland zone at Isle of Springs Road will also be discussed.
