Council to consider ballot question on permanent spending limit adjustment
The Town Council will discuss and possibly adopt a resolution to place a measure on the November 2026 ballot asking voters to permanently adjust the town's base expenditure limitation. They will also consider intergovernmental agreements for law enforcement communications, aerial imagery, and standard residential plans. Quarterly financial reports and accounts payable will be approved.

- Resolution R2026-767: Approve IGA amendment with Yuma County for law enforcement communication networks
- Resolution R2026-768: Approve IGA for Imagery Acquisition Consortium with Yuma County and other cities
