The Board of Trustees will vote on an ordinance to repeal and reenact Chapter 1 of Title 9 of the Morrison Municipal Code, adopting the 2024 editions of multiple international building, fire, and energy codes, along with the Colorado wildfire resiliency and electric/solar ready codes. The ordinance includes amendments to the International Building Code regarding permit expiration, refunds, and unsafe structures.
