Board of Zoning Appeals

Design Review Board
The Design Review Board approved a final review for the Dominion Energy shed expansion at 1277 Chuck Dawley Blvd. The approval was conditioned on the applicant working with staff to preserve an existing magnolia tree and adding additional landscaping and plantings between the residential neighborhood and the site, including along the berm. The motion passed 3-1, with Chair Cave, Ms. Morrison, and Ms. Richardson in favor and Mr. Kiel opposed.
