Mayor & Council

The Tenafly Mayor and Council held a recess meeting on January 2, 2024, primarily to act on a consent agenda of routine administrative items, including approving expenditures, authorizing tax refunds, and reappointing the Borough Clerk. The meeting also included audience remarks and a recognition of Councilmember Lauren Dayton. No substantive policy decisions or public hearings were on the agenda.

Mayor & Council

The Tenafly Mayor and Council will hold their annual reorganization meeting, including certifying election results, swearing in the new mayor and council members, and selecting a council president. They will also confirm numerous appointments to boards and committees, and adopt a consent agenda of routine administrative resolutions for 2024.
