Public Safety & Corrections Committee

Agriculture, Industry & Planning Committee

The Steuben County Agriculture, Industry & Planning Committee will hold a special meeting to discuss and potentially act on a contract extension for transportation services under the Planning department. No other items are on the agenda for this committee.

Public Hearings

The Steuben County Legislature will hold a public hearing on Local Law Tentatively No. Four for 2024, which would amend Local Law No. Five for 2007 to set maximum property tax exemptions for qualifying veterans and disabled individuals. The proposed limits are $18,000 for service during a designated war period, $12,000 for combat zone service, and $60,000 for disability. Traffic Safety Board
