Development Review Board
The Development Review Board will hear a continued site plan for a 12,735-square-foot expansion of a large commercial and industrial building at 530 Community Drive. Also on the agenda are site plans for stormwater and parking improvements at Red Rocks Park, a new 5,040-square-foot building on an undeveloped lot at 69 Randall Street, and a preliminary plat to subdivide a 5.5-acre lot at 1730 Spear Street. The board will also approve minutes from the June 16 meeting.

Bicycle & Pedestrian Committee
The Bicycle & Pedestrian Committee will elect officers and approve its FY27 work plan. They will also receive updates on bike/ped bridge naming and discuss the DRB and Long Property. The meeting includes public comment and new member orientation.

Housing Committee

Library Board of Trustees
The Library Board of Trustees will elect officers, welcome new and returning members, and assign committee roles. They will vote on proposed changes to room rental and usage policies. The board will also review the first draft of the 2026-2030 strategic plan for the South Burlington Public Library.

City Council
The City Council will discuss and possibly approve updates to the retirement income plan, including changes to pension eligibility for sworn police officers. They will also set the FY27 municipal tax rate based on the 2026 Grand List and consider delinquent tax reports. Consent agenda items include funding for police parking lot paving and a fire sprinkler contract. The Council will also review liquor license applications and preview next week's agenda.

Energy Committee
The Energy Committee will meet to discuss the city's participation in the Green Community Festival. The group will determine what subjects and materials should be presented to the public at the event.
