Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will review an ordinance that pauses new data center and high-density computing facility permits for 18 months. The pause allows staff to study infrastructure, water, noise, and utility impacts before drafting permanent zoning rules. Existing or legally vested projects are exempt from the moratorium.

Planning Commission

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance request to reduce the required front yard setback from 30 feet to 15 feet on Longspur Trail. Staff will also request a zoning map interpretation for property on Apple Valley Road to clarify the LDR zoning district boundary.
