Water Resources
The Water Resources Development & Advisory Board will hold public hearings and consider approval of two canal cases involving seawall replacement and fill at specific addresses in St. Clair Shores. The board may also approve meeting minutes and hear audience comments.
- Canal Case #15-2026: Remove/replace 10 spring pilings, install 93 ft of seawall, backfill with 31 cubic yards of clean fill at 22600 Lakecrest.
- Canal Case #16-2026: Install 37 ft of new seawall, place 158 cubic yards of clean fill in 351 sq ft boatwell at 23269 Liberty.

Zoning Boards of Appeals (ZBA)
The July 2, 2026 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting has been cancelled due to a staff issue. Two cases (15-2026 and 16-2026) at 22621 and 22335 Harper Avenue are rescheduled to the August 6, 2026 meeting.

Sign Arb
The Sign Arbitration Committee will review a request from Dagher Signs & Graphics for a pole sign at 22601 9 Mile Rd. The sign was previously denied because it must be at least 60 feet from the road's centerline. The committee will decide whether to approve the placement or require it to be moved farther north on the property. The meeting also includes routine minutes approval and public comment.

Police & Fire Pension/Health Care Trust
The Police & Fire Pension Board and the Retiree Health Care Trust Board will meet to approve consulting invoices and review fund distributions. The Pension Board will specifically address eligible rollover distributions and excess earnings for the 2026/27 fiscal year.
