Board of Health

Town Council

Conservation Commission

Community Preservation Committee

Board of Health
The coalition is meeting to review program updates and discuss the workplan for fiscal year 2027. Members from Randolph, Holbrook, Quincy, and Braintree will provide general community updates. The group will then enter a summer break, resuming meetings in September.

Housing Authority
The Housing Authority will vote on approving expenses for May 2026 and review financial statements, rent roll, and vacancy report. They will also consider final completion approvals for several construction projects including a paving project, roof replacement, and flooring replacement.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Randolph Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on two variance requests. The first seeks a 3.1-foot side yard setback variance at 6 FB Merrick Circle. The second seeks a frontage variance for a lot at 35 Wilmarth Road with only 60 feet of frontage instead of the required 100 feet. The board will decide whether to grant the variances.

The Randolph Opioid Prevention and Recovery Coalition will review its fiscal year-end status and discuss new proposals for community support. Members will hear from the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office on best practices for ride-share services and sober living arrangements. The group will also update attendees on its scholarship program and recovery initiatives.

Town Council
This meeting includes public hearings on the FY2027 water and sewer rates and enterprise budget, and the Community Preservation budget. The council will also vote on transferring funds from the Water Stabilization to support rates, applying for a MassDEP Clean Water loan, and amending revolving funds for DPW and community programs. New business includes transfers of free cash for various purposes and considering an ordinance to create an Affordable Housing Trust.
