There are some slight changes in the tax rate tax rates. Stoneridge had a slight increase of 22 cents or 13.1% because the community center lease subsidy has ended. And so that's to pay the debt service. The property tax rates for Pronghorn, Quailwood, and Parkway decreased by 8 cents, 12 and 19 cents respectively. Fire Chief]
John Feddema, CAFMA Fire Chief, provided an update on CAFMA’s ambulance transport
program, including its history, current operations, and future direction. Emergency medical
service incidents represented 68% of CAFMA’s total incidents in 2025 with more than 10,600
transports. Of those, 1,321 transports were completed by CAFMA ambulances. CAFMA currently
operates two transport ambulances, located in Chino Valley and Prescott Valley, to support
community emergency medical services and ensure timely access to higher levels of care. During
system challenges in 2020 and 2021, CAFMA deployed rescue units to help meet demand,

operating under its Certificate of Necessity (CON) from the Arizona Department of Health

We do have a short presentation today um regarding all of the community facilities districts. It really focuses on the changes in the assessed limited value. You can see that that has gone up for most properties, but the property tax rate or the levy has decreased in all of the CFD's except for Stone Ridge, and that is driven by the expiration of the lease agreement on the community center, which used to subsidize the debt service payment. And then we also do illustrate the average change per property. We calculate the property values, the actual property values, and then calculate the differences. Uh we do show you when the debt service ends in the respective CFD's. And then we have a special slide for Southside because it's not based on ad valorem taxes. It's an assessment based on billing. There are four um properties remaining, and this shows you our current billings. And then the last CFD that we have is the entertainment center. So, this includes predominantly their um capital improvement projects, and then their operating expenses, which are offset by event revenues and contributions from the town.
