The Plan Commission was informed that SC Swiderski will not execute the amended development agreement and is cancelling the development, with the property reverting to Village ownership per the previous agreement. The Commission approved a Certified Survey Map for Richard and Patricia Harding at 1311 Woodduck Lane, allowing relocation of the Woodduck Lane turnaround for a new single-family home and providing a Village access easement to a landlocked stormwater pipe. Reports on housing affordability and building inspections were presented for information only.

Utility Committee
The Water/Wastewater Utility Committee will meet to discuss a possible change to add fluoride to the municipal water supply. Springville Pond Management Committee

Police & Fire Commission
