The Planning Commission is considering a project to convert an existing warehouse into 203,213 square feet of self-storage and retail space. The commission will also review an alcohol permit request for Azul Restaurant on South Oxnard Boulevard.

The Oxnard City Council approved a 27-home subdivision at 1101/1111 West Second Street and 1101 West First Street, with Mayor Pro Tem MacDonald recusing himself.
