City Council
The council will hold a second reading and vote on the FY27 operating budget (Bill #3063) and amendment to the St. Louis County inmate housing contract (Bill #3064). It will also consider a first reading for an Ameren easement at Five Oaks/Warson Park (Bill #3065), adopt a 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (Resolution 2026-266), and approve encumbrances of $883,685 for capital improvements and $8,000 for stormwater/parks. An ADA door installation at Five Oaks on Warson not to exceed $10,600 is also on the agenda.
