The Claims Review Committee will meet to approve minutes from September 5, 2023, and consider entering closed session to discuss requests to engage outside counsel for the prosecutor in the Deering v Oakland County case and for pending reversed conviction cases. Public comment is limited to agenda items during the first session and any topic during the second.
