Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board will continue a public hearing on a variance request from Land Bank Properties LLC for a two-lot subdivision at 11 Merrimac Road. The proposed lot 9-1 has insufficient frontage (141.82 ft vs required 150 ft) and minimum lot width (79.7 ft vs required 125 ft). The board will also vote on approving minutes from the June 3 meeting.
