I will call this April 6 meeting to order. And thank you all for being here, and thank you all for the folks who are joining us online. And happy Azalea Festival Weeks. It's going to be an interesting and fun week here in Wil mington, so I hope you all will participate in those activities. And we will start with our invocation, and that will be by Pastor D. Evan Grissel with the Apostleful Tabernacle of Wilmington. Let us pray. Lord, we thank you for allowing us to come together this day after Easter. We do so with hope-filled hearts, and also with an understanding of the great responsibility that rests on our county and community leaders. We pray that every word spoken in this chamber would be done so with love and with humility. We pray that you give our leaders peace in their lives and in their homes, the courage to stand for righteousness in the face of great opposition, that you grant them wisdom in every decision that impacts our communities, and that you, Jesus, lead them as they lead us. We pray that you would protect everyone that ventures into our great city this week as we celebrate this Azalea Festival. We ask all of these things in the wonderful matchless name of Jesus. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you, Pastor. So we're going to move into our consent agenda, and I already have a request …
