City Council

City Council / Planning Commission - Joint Conceptual Workshop
The City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint conceptual workshop to discuss three items: a rezoning request for a mixed-use development on North Spring Street, a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to regulate outdoor pickleball courts as a separate land use, and a discussion of a small area plan for the Manchester Pike Corridor.
