Midland Development Corporation

The Board of Directors will consider a resolution to authorize a Master Development Agreement with C. Hodges Development Services, L.P. City Council

The City Council will hold a workshop to consider various city policies, management, and budgeting issues for current and future fiscal years. Additionally, the board will review February 2023 expenses and hold executive sessions regarding real property and business negotiations.
