City Council to Vote on Coulson Point Annexation and Zoning
The City Council will hold third readings and votes on three ordinances to finalize the annexation of the Coulson Point Addition, amend the city's zoning map, and update the land use plan for this new Ward 4 area. A fire department report will also be presented. No other major decisions are on the agenda.
- Third reading and vote on Ordinance 1178 to accept annexation of Coulson Point Addition into Ward 4.
- Third reading and vote on Ordinance 1180 to amend the master zoning map for Coulson Point.
- Third reading and vote on Ordinance 1179 to amend the master land use plan for Coulson Point.
- Fire Department report from Chief Buford (first meeting of the month).
