Joint Review Board
The Joint Review Board will meet to organize and review the draft Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 20, which would fund redevelopment of the old City Hall site into mixed-use commercial and residential space. The $2.96 million plan includes 60 housing units (50 workforce, 10 market-rate) and a restaurant. A public hearing on the district creation will follow at 3:30 PM.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the creation of Tax Incremental District No. 20, including its boundaries and project plan. Following the hearing, they may vote on a resolution to establish the district and approve the plan.

Common Council
The Common Council will discuss and potentially adopt the City of Marinette Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan 2026. The council will also vote on contracts including a professional services agreement with ROCK I LLC for an event and a line striping agreement with Marinette County. Several ordinances are up for consideration, including new police and fire fees, recreational burning rules, court fees, and a room tax commission amendment. Temporary alcohol licenses for the Logging & Heritage Festival and a parish picnic will be approved.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals will discuss and possibly vote on a variance request from Great Blue Dental to allow a 1,989-square-foot addition at 2005 Marinette Avenue with fewer parking spaces than code requires. The meeting also includes approval of prior minutes and procedural items.
