Commission to review Founders Park expansion and chapel fence replacement
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on two site plan applications: a minor adjustment for Chapel of the Lake to replace existing wood fence with transparent aluminum picket fence for mechanical equipment screening, and a major site plan for Founders Park improvements including a new restroom, basketball court, expanded parking, and widened drive aisle. The commission will also approve minutes from the May 2026 meeting and recognize retiring employee Brenda Cueller for 27 years of service.
