LPA to vote on zoning rules for temporary shelters after disasters
The Lake Placid Local Planning Agency will hold public hearings on three land-use text amendments: temporary shelter permits after emergencies, lot frontage and setback requirements, and home occupation regulations. They will then recommend approval or denial to the Town Council.
