Call to Order — The meeting was called to order at 1:43 pm Roll Call Present: Chancellor Ann Boltin, Christina Bryant, Dr. Angelique Bergeron, Alan Davis, Melanie Montanaro, Dr. Ed Benoit, Amy Moran, Dr. Zachary Stein, and Zach Tompkins Not Present: Debbie Hudnall, Debbie Henton, Meg Placke, Trey Williams, Gail Wilking, and Jennifer Waxman Others Present: Ashley D. Simmons Order of Business L. Approval of Agenda - On motion of Christina Bryant and seconded by Dr. Angelique Bergeron, the board approved the agenda. Motion Passed. Approval of Minutes — On motion of Amy Moran, seconded by Dr, Edward Benoit, the board approved the minutes. Motion Passed. Welcome — Melanie Montanaro welcomed Louisiana Sheriffs’ Association representative Alan Davis to the Board. Strategic Plan a. Amy Moran presented the Board with the final draft of the Strategic Plan. Zach Tompkins recommended that the first Action item under Goal 2 should identify “legislature” as “Louisiana Legislature”. On motion of Melanie Montanaro, and seconded by Zach Tompkins, the Board voted to approve the Strategic Plan as amended. Motion Passed. b. Catherine Newsome stated that the existing Secretary of State webpage satisfied the requirement. The Board addressed the reporting of at-risk collections to the LHRAB and agreed that the intent of the bullet point was covered by Goal one and Goal three, and the line | should be cut. | b.
