The Louisiana Cemetery Board will conduct formal and informal hearings for four cemeteries. The board is also reviewing applications for pre-construction sales and certificates of authority for new exempt and non-exempt cemeteries.

The Regular Meeting of the Louisiana Cemetery Board was held on March 27, 2026, at
3445 N. Causeway Blvd, Suite 509, Metairie, Louisiana, pursuant to Notice.
Chair Holloway called the meeting to order at 9:00 am

The minutes of the Board meeting of November 14, 2025, and the Investigative Committee
meeting of December 4, 2025, were reviewed by the Board and Mr. Mothe made a motion to

approved by the Board.
