The Klamath County Board of Commissioners held two livestock hearings, finding dogs guilty of killing livestock and imposing fines and restitution. In the first case, two dogs owned by Ruben Garcia were found guilty of killing six goats, with fines and costs totaling $6,100. In the second, dogs Bear and Nala, owned by Kelly Rodriguez, were found guilty of killing chickens, with fines and restitution totaling $1,090. Both owners were not present at the hearings.
