Charter Commission
The Hopkins Charter Commission will vote to transmit a citizen petition proposing an amendment to the city charter to implement ranked-choice voting for city elections. The petition requires 479 signatures; transmission triggers certification and City Council action.

Planning and Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on two development code amendments. Park Board
