Planning & Zoning Commission
The High Point Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Zoning Map Amendment 26-04, proposing to rezone approximately 4.34 acres across six parcels. The changes would shift five office parcels from conditional use to standard transitional office zoning, and one multifamily residential parcel to standard multifamily zoning. Commissioners will also review proposed updates to their rules of procedure and approve minutes from the May 26 meeting.

HPMPO Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC)
The Transportation Advisory Committee will vote on how to split the HPMPO's FY26 Section 5307 federal transit funds among local providers. They will also approve routine consent items including amendments to the 2026-2035 MTIP that adjust schedules and funding for several projects, such as a multi-use facility on Cedrow Drive in High Point ($4.16M) and Norfolk Southern railroad projects. Information items include updates to the Unified Planning Work Program and scoring for statewide mobility projects.
