Board of Adjustment

Board of Commissioners
The Board will hold a public hearing and vote on rezoning 130 E. Main Street to Light Industrial, then consider adoption of the FY 2026-27 Budget Ordinance with a tax levy of $0.75 per $100 valuation and fee increases (water +7.5%, sewer +20%, solid waste +7.5%). Other items include approving S.B. 473 nonprofit appropriations, accepting a final offer for city property at 820 Fontana Blvd, and making planning board appointments.
