Council to appoint rules subcommittee, extend charter review, and elect 2023 president

The Gresham City Council will appoint councilors to a subcommittee to review and revise the Council Rules, consider granting the Charter Review Committee additional time to submit its final report, and vote for the 2023 Council President. A safety update from the City Manager is also scheduled.
