Water & Sewer Board

The Water and Sewer Board unanimously adopted a revised Drought Emergency Plan and recommended associated Greeley Municipal Code revisions to City Council. City Council

Greeley Urban Renewal Authority

The Greeley Urban Renewal Authority will discuss a proposal to restructure ownership and debt for Stagecoach Gardens and La Casa Rosa properties. The board is also reviewing policies for CARES Act public service activities. A presentation on the Terry Ranch Water Project is scheduled.

The Greeley Urban Renewal Authority approved a proposal to restructure ownership and debt for the Stagecoach Gardens and La Casa Rosa properties, transferring them to new LLCs owned by High Plains Housing Development Corporation, with new financing and extended low-income use restrictions. Planning Commission
