General

The Grand Junction City Council approved Ordinance No. 5045, which amends the Comprehensive Plan and rezones 8.62 acres at 2020 ½ S. Broadway from Residential Rural to R-4, and de-annexes a 0.14-acre sliver to unincorporated Mesa County. The council also approved a resolution reallocating CDBG-CV funds and amending a subrecipient agreement with Grand Valley Catholic Outreach. Appointments to the Visit Grand Junction Board were made, and the consent agenda was adopted. The council entered executive sessions to discuss negotiations for a possible sale of property at 2600 Riverside Parkway and an economic development incentive agreement for Richmark Companies.

City Council
